Office Manager for Construction Company
We are a Jacksonville Commercial Construction Company with over 30 years in business. We are currently looking for a well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager is responsible for Accounting, Human Resources, Facility Management, and developing intra-office communication. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Competitive Benefits are available after 60 days, including: PTO, Healthcare, cell phone stipend, mileage.
Responsibilities Include:
-Creating invoices for clients and managing accounts receivable
-Monthly Financial Close including bank reconciliation, account balance, and job cost tracking
-Financial Reporting to Owner
-Administrative Duties for sister companies
-Management Meetings
-Marketing, website and social media posting
-Insurance Management, including pricing and evaluating new policies
-Construction Law Compliance
-Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
-Quick Books (minimum 2 years)
-Microsoft Office
Required Experience:
-Construction Experience (minimum 1 year)
-Office Management (minimum 5 years)
-Associates Degree (desired, not required)
-Notary (desired, not required)
