As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position, so the candidate must be able to work from our Jacksonville office.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and feedback into the company database and CRM system.
Follow-up: Ensure follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and privacy regulations when interacting with customers.
Working Conditions:
Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
Schedule: Full-time w/ shifts to be determined(Monday- Friday w/ occasional weekends if required)

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
No experience needed—we are willing to train the right candidate!
High School Diploma or equivalent(associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortability using CRM systems(experience preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team
