What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Hairstylist or Barber: Must hold a valid Georgia Cosmetology License (students are welcome to apply but must have a license to begin work).

Experience & Skills:

-At least 3 years of experience in a salon environment.

-Expertise in cutting, coloring, and extensions.

-Knowledge of advanced techniques, such as balayage, highlights, extensions, curls, and bold transformations, is a plus.

-Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and passionate about delivering top-tier results.

-Client-Focused Mindset: Committed to creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client.

-Team Player: Positive, supportive, and eager to collaborate with others.

-Strong Communication Skills: Ability to consult with clients effectively and recommend services/products tailored to their needs.

-Drive & Motivation: A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow personally and professionally.

Your Responsibilities:

-Exceptional Service: Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and extension services tailored to each client’s unique needs.

-Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations, offering expert advice on hair care and style options.

-Client Retention: Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and relationship-building.

-Business Development: Actively participate in efforts to attract and retain new clients to help grow the salon.

-Product Recommendations: Suggest at-home care products to enhance client satisfaction and style longevity.

-Maintain Professionalism: Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

-Stay Current: Continuously learn new trends, techniques, and practices in the hair industry to provide cutting-edge services.
