Director, Inspire Value- Financial Services Vertical
ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Inspire Value Strategy to join the Inspire Value team which is an integral part of the Global Sales Strategic Accounts team – a team that is focused on revolutionizing the enterprise software customer experience to drive exponential returns for our customers. We understand industries, our customers’ strategy and desired outcomes and we deeply engage on how ServiceNow can enable their digital transformation priorities via industry relevant solutions and innovative partnerships.Inspire Value brings creative customer engagement experiences through our Now Value methodology by designing and leading strategic, consultative interactions to build consensus and alignment on how core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform can support CXO business transformation objectives. Through years of practical experience, executive gravitas and fundamental knowledge of business and technology trends the Sr Principal Strategist builds and develops trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners and internally across ServiceNow.   In addition, this role is at the heart of our most strategic accounts – acting as the connective tissue across the account team and the extended go to market teams to help drive incredible customer experiences across their journey with us – with a focus on their priorities and business outcomes.   What you get to do in this role:Lead an excellent strategy and value consulting teamCoach and enable consultants to construct high-quality customer deliverables including the development of end-to-end content for compelling solutions and the business benefits of our solution for customersMentor and provide professional development guidance to your team, ensuring engagement and opportunities to achieve professional excellence.Guide the team against measurable set goals.Foster an environment of learning. You will work with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product, and services to lead the delivery of messaging, direction, and publications.Use data, expertise, and personal interactions to provide feedback and suggestions. You will identify trends spanning our customers' needs to develop new services, methods and tools.Provide expertise and work with internal ServiceNow departmentsFacilitate executive workshops, and represent ServiceNow at executive forumsIdentify and lead the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.
