Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry, while excelling in multitasking and time management.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Assist with organizing, tracking, and managing fleet-related documentation and contracts.
Answer phones, handle emails, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Maintain an organized filing system, both digitally and physically.
Support office operations through multitasking and prioritizing administrative duties.
Ensure timely completion of tasks with strong punctuality and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, formatting, data organization).
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment.
Exceptional punctuality and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Prior office administration experience preferred.
