Client Manager

Description We are on the search for a Client Manager to join our team based in Franklin, Tennessee, United States. The role involves managing the client portfolio, ensuring smooth data entry processes, creating detailed reports, and providing excellent client service. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain client accounts effectively Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and precision Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate comprehensive reports Engage in client-facing activities, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficiency Maintain a digital filing system for easy access and retrieval of client documents Issue supporting documentation to clients when necessary. Requirements Proficiency in Data Entry is required, with the ability to accurately input and manage information. Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to use complex functions and create detailed reports. Experience in managing Customer Accounts, with a focus on maintaining client relationships and resolving issues. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions for client issues. Understanding of basic financial principles, with the ability to oversee client billing and payments. Familiarity with CRM software, demonstrating the ability to track client interactions and manage account information. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure, with the adaptability to respond to changing client needs and priorities.
