Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Legal Department supporting the implementation of a Regulatory Change Management System. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Bellevue, WA - REMOTE PSTWhat's the Job?

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps to guide the implementation process.

Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, IT, and other relevant teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Oversee the configuration and deployment of the Regulatory Change Management System.

Design user-friendly processes ensuring a seamless experience for end-users and coordinate user training.

Develop and execute a change management strategy to support the transition to the new system.

What's Needed?

Experience managing and implementing systems, preferably within legal, compliance, or regulated environments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and roadmaps.

Strong understanding of user experience design principles and system implementation best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
