Product Marketing Manager - AI Messaging
Freshworks is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the strategy, development, and execution of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our AI-powered products and solutions. As a PMM, you will shape the narrative around AI capabilities and communicate its value to a range of customer segments and stakeholders. This role is based in our San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA office and will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.Key Responsibilities:Messaging & PositioningDevelop compelling messaging and positioning for Freshworks' AI solutions that resonates with customers, analysts, and internal stakeholders.Differentiate Freshworks' AI capabilities from competitors, clearly articulating unique value propositions particularly in the domain of AI trust and governanceRefine messaging frameworks that align with overall company and product-level narratives.Go-to-market EnablementPartner with Product Management to support the launch of major AI capabilitiesDevelop and deliver training, collateral, and tools that enable sales teams to articulate Freshworks’ AI value proposition around “People-first AI”.Thought Leadership & Content DevelopmentCollaborate with content marketing and communications teams to create blogs, whitepapers, and customer success stories that highlight AI's impact.Serve as an AI subject matter expert and spokesperson for internal and external engagements, including customer-facing events and analyst briefings.Market & Competitive IntelligenceStay informed of AI industry trends, competitive offerings, and market shifts to continuously refine Freshworks' AI messaging.Provide input to product teams to inform the roadmap and influence new AI-driven capabilities.Customer & Analyst RelationsPartner with the Analyst Relations team to drive awareness and positive recognition for Freshworks' AI offerings in key analyst reports.Engage with customers to understand use cases and success stories that can be shared externally.
