Now Hiring a Service Coordinator in the city Of Torrance
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
Operate as the funnel of information for the Service Department
Collaborate closely with all company departments to make sure standard practices are being executed
Coordinate service projects from administrative setup through billing ensuring all aspects are organized and run smoothly
Technologically savvy and quick to learn new programs
Familiar with Excel and Navision
Help clients get access to information and solutions they need
Adapt to client and vendors Finance Department interfaces and requirements
Identify efficiencies and inefficiencies
Operate as a team player
Forward thinking and a problem solver
Identify opportunities for new business and growth within the department
Generate revenue by ensuring clients are properly billed
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Verify and record transactions
Resolve account discrepancies
Securing client payments and follow up with customers or suppliers with outstanding payments
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role.
CRM and SAP experience preferred
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality work.
Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to use tools and hands on as needed
Bilingual; Preferred but not necessarily, Chinese/English or Vietnamese or Korean/English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour.
