SKYSTAFF is currently looking for a reliable AR Specialist who may have experience in drayage trucking. Available to start ASAP!

Shift: (must be flexible with OVERTIME)

7am-3:30pm

An Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities:

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data

-Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

-Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

-Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

-Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

-Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

- Managing , maintaining and tracking incoming payments and outstanding invoices for a company.

- Record transactions

-Update ledgers

-Ensure any payment is received in a timely manner for collection, and resolve any billing errors

-Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
