Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and experienced driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our executives on a standby basis. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, and possess excellent driving skills, along with a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation: Provide safe and timely transportation for executives to various locations, including meetings, events, and functions.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition. Perform routine checks and coordinate with maintenance services as needed.

Route Planning: Plan and optimize driving routes to avoid traffic and ensure punctuality for appointments.

Schedule Management: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate changes in the executives' calendar and travel needs.

Confidentiality: Uphold confidentiality regarding corporate matters and personal information.

Safety Protocols: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols, ensuring the safety of the executives at all times.

Communication: Effectively communicate with executives regarding travel plans, schedule changes, and other relevant information.

Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to handle unexpected situations, including traffic delays, vehicle issues, safety concerns, or emergencies.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in defensive driving is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.

Skills:

Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of local and regional roads.

Ability to navigate using GPS and map applications.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
