Job Description

DMG is seeking Carpenters / Cabinet Makers for fabricating custom cabinets, bar tops, and other misc millwork. We are able to help train those who are willing to grow and develop new skillsets. DMG also has a full finishing shop, where we apply paints, stains, and other finishes. We are willing to train those who want to learn these skills and grow in their career.

Responsibilities

Use of power tools, saws, routers, etc. to fabricate parts for assembly into finished product

Reading of drawings and blueprints to identify needs of the finished item and ensure customer satisfaction

Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained

Adherence to safety standards

Communicating with shop personnel to maintain coordination between jobs and priorities

Desired Qualifications

Strength and ability to lift items over 50 pounds

Strong worth ethic with a good attitude and team spirit

A self-starter who is hardworking and willing to focus on what it takes to get the job done
