Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence (AI)

 The Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence (AI), has a deep understanding of AI & ML technologies how those apply to Acumatica business both internally and for our partners and customers. This role will drive AI & ML strategy impacting organizational transformation through AI & ML adoption. This role reports to the CTO.

Responsibilities:Actuate and present comprehensive ML & AI strategy proposals to company leadership, articulating the value, potential impact, and roadmap for implementation. The result should be a clear cross-company path to strategy, tactics, activities, timeline, budget, ownership, and impact.Define and drive company-wide AI governance, policies, and guidelines.Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure the translation of AI strategies into detailed specifications and actionable roadmaps with measurable impact.Provide thought leadership to a team of AI professionals, setting clear goals, and leading the team to achieve breakthrough results in the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.Regularly report to the executive team and key stakeholders on actionable AI initiatives, providing insights into progress, timelines, and expected returns.Conduct market analysis to stay on top of ML & AI trends and competitors, leveraging insights to guide strategic decisions.Drive partnerships and collaborations that enhance Acumatica's AI capabilities and market positioning.
