Description We are seeking a Billing clerk to join our team in EPHRATA, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in our operations and requires someone with strong knowledge in billing and proficiency in spreadsheet software. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment where the successful candidate will be primarily tasked with handling billing procedures and preparing automated invoices. Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer credit applications Keeping up-to-date records of customer credit Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary Preparing automated invoices as part of the role's duties Utilizing spreadsheet software in performing various billing tasks.If interested, please send resume eon a word document to Jim.Kirk@Roberthalf comRequirements Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a billing role. Proficiency in the use of billing software is a mandatory requirement. Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet software is crucial for this position. A strong understanding of billing procedures and principles is necessary. The ability to accurately generate invoices and billing reports is required. The candidate should have excellent numerical and analytical skills. The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity is essential. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively is needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers regarding billing issues is a key requirement. The candidate should demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. A proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure is important. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations related to billing processes is desirable.
