HVAC TechWork EnvironmentThis position is located in an athletic gym/facility for a Major University in Los Angeles, CAResponsibilities

Perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs on HVAC systems.

Install, adjust, and service air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.

Operate, install, repair, and maintain support pumps, motors, and controls.

Operate, install, repair, and maintain commercial and domestic refrigeration systems.

Work with computer building automation systems to troubleshoot and adjust building set points and schedules.

Essential Skills

HVAC expertise, including HVAC, boiler system, motor control, and maintenance.

Proficiency in building automation systems and schematic understanding.

Understanding of electricity and electrical systems as they relate to HVAC systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on boilers and electrical/mechanical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Current HVAC technician license.

Completion of an HVAC or Refrigeration training program at a vocational, trade, or tech school or through an apprenticeship.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $50.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
