MAINTENANCE NEEDED

Maintenace needed for a fulltime maintenance person for the day-to-day maintenance of an apartment community in Wichita Falls, Texas. Housing is complimentary if qualified.

-Previous maintenance experience preferred.

-Strong work ethic and reliable.

-Work with minimum supervision.

-Rotating and required to be on call.

-Be able work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Starting pay depending on experience.
