Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various maintenance person services. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in residential settings.

Responsibilities:

- drywall hanging/mudding/finishing,

- painting,

- light plumbing/electrical,

- flooring,

- bathroom tile installation,

- light framing/carpentry etc.

Requirements:

1. Speak & understand English, communicate problems and needs timely and effectively

2. Must be Owner - Operator - Manager of the business

3. Must provide 3 references for similar past projects successfully completed

4. Willing to work flexible with labor payment on tasks delivered

5. Willing to order materials and shopping stores in person if needed

6. Willing to return unused materials back to store and provide receipts

7. Deliver projects in a timely manner

8. Must be willing to learn new renovation areas if needed

9. Must be attentive to details and striving for workmanship excellence

10. Willing to work alongside other tradesmen if needed

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 48 per week
