Job Description

Are you interested in working in a fast-paced environment and helping people in their time of need? We are looking for someone friendly and professional with experience managing fire cleaning and contents projects in the restoration industry.

You'll be performing emergency services for people suffering water- or fire- related property damage. This is a management/leadership position which includes:

Hiring, training and managing technicians and laborers

Cleaning and deodorizing fire damaged buildings and personal property

Documenting, inventorying, cleaning, packing and managing personal property items

Managing projects and communicating with customers, clients and vendors

Completing job file documentation

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to help build business

Qualifications

Experience managing fire cleaning and contents projects in the restoration industry

Valid drivers license

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Availability to work beyond standard operating hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) when needed

Must pass criminal background check

The right candidate will posses the following:

Excellent Communication Skills - will be on the phone daily!

Experience in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and CRM programs - tech savvy!

Team Player Attitude with initiative and a "go getter" mentality

Flexible - able to change tasks quickly

Multi-tasking ability

Be Personable, articulate and customer service driven

Have the ability to prioritize tasks

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is would be great but not required

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:

Provide direct support to the Project Manager

Manage Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence

Maintain and Coordinate Schedule of Projects

Interface with Insurance company

Setup and Maintain Client Files in CRMs

Coordinate multiple projects at once
