Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Dental Receptionist & Assistant, you’ll wear multiple hats, ensuring the office runs smoothly while delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your duties will include:

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.

Schedule appointments and optimize the dental calendar using Eaglesoft.

Verify insurance and assist with processing claims.

Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.

Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide information about treatment plans, procedures, and financial responsibilities.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Prepare treatment areas, sterilize instruments, and assist with four-handed dentistry.

Operate X-ray equipment and 3D scanners, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 3 years of experience in a dental office, with a strong understanding of dental terminology, medical documentation, and office procedures.

Experience using Eaglesoft or similar dental software is highly desirable.

Ability to perform four-handed dentistry and operate X-ray equipment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and processes within the dental field.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team.

Flexibility and willingness to work both at the front desk and as a dental assistant, depending on the needs of the practice.
