Overview
At Sea Life Park - Hawaii, we are seeking a dedicated and friendly Food & Beverage Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling cash transactions and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering an outstanding dining experience in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cashier area and dining space.
Assist with bussing tables and helping customers as needed to enhance their experience.
Ensure that food items are prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, especially in a quick-service fast food restaurant setting.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential.
Experience in food service roles, including knowledge of sanitation practices, is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
