The Change Manager (CM) is a key contributing member of the change management team and change community of practice. As assigned, they will complete required change deliverables to ensure adoption of new behaviors and minimize disruption caused by changes. The CM will act as the Change Management Lead for small to medium projects and assist with large-scale projects.
The CM partners with other functions and business leaders to ensure effective sponsorship, engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
The CM serves as a subject matter expert on organizational change and helps to improve the overall change capability of the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPEFollows and helps develop a standard practice for change management and deployment.Identifies change risks and develops plans to mitigate those risks and ensure adoption and benefits realization.Analyzes the stakeholders and impacts involved in a change.Develops change strategies and change management plans, including sponsorship plans, engagement and communication plans, training plans, and change measurement plans.Working with sponsors and the project team, determines and measures appropriate change metrics.As needed, sometimes in partnership with
