Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
Process prescription calls, monitor medication readiness, and coordinate patient prescription pickups.
Oversee Red Light Therapy appointments and ensure smooth scheduling.
Book follow-up appointments for patient referrals and maintain a detailed log.
Retrieve and manage medical records in accordance with HIPPA standards.
Demonstrate interest in training for advanced therapies such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and peptide therapy injections.
Handle prior authorization requests for medical procedures and prescriptions.
Engage warmly and professionally with current and prospective patients at the front desk.
Technology Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
Skilled in using both Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with Elation and Dock Health platforms is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):
Experience working in medical office settings.
Background in high-end concierge services, such as resorts or luxury establishments.
Familiarity with providing service to high-net-worth individuals.
