Equipment Recovery Intern
Location:2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaU-Haul International is seeking a hardworking, energetic high-school intern to join the Equipment Recovery department in downtown Phoenix. In this role, you will assist field team members by ascertaining the location of missing or overdue equipment, ensuring that U-Haul assets can be recovered safely and efficiently. This internship will start February 3rd and will run for 10+ weeks.Primary Responsibilities:
Obtain and organize information regarding overdue, missing, lost, or stolen U-Haul equipment
Track and communicate location of missing or impounded equipment
Aid law enforcement in investigation and processes necessary for equipment recovery
Minimum Qualifications:
General computer knowledge
Call center, office, or customer service experience
Reliability and excellent attendance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Work Schedule:
25+ hours per week between 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 6:00am-4:30pm on Saturday
