Medicare Sales Support Manager
Use Your Strengths at Wellmark as a Medicare Sales Support Manager! As a Medicare Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for driving and delivering growth and retention results for our Medicare Advantage program. This includes leading sales channel escalations, communication, and training related to Medicare Advantage. You will develop and oversee short and long-term strategic roadmaps to ensure success in member acquisition and retention while also guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements through. This will involve collaboration with various stakeholders including internal sales teams, external brokers, compliance, legal, network management, market solutions, customer experience, data analytics, and external joint venture partners. Lastly, you will provide leadership as a subject matter expert of Medicare Advantage in service of internal sales teams and external brokers. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage products, regulations, and the health care industry. You have strong critical thinking skills allowing for the ability to successfully leverage data to drive decisions and optimize outcomes. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships are essential, as this role involves leading escalations, training, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities at any given time.
