Position: Cleaner (Short-Term Rentals)

Location: Sevierville, Tennessee

Employment Type: Flexible, project-based, 1099 employment

General Hours: 10 am-5 pm, possible access to start earlier in the day if the homes are available

Income: Pay based on per home cleaning prices, opportunity to complete several homes in a day. Pay will be directly tied to your work, so you set your own potential!

About Us:

We are a fast-paced short-term rental company seeking detail-oriented and dependable cleaners to ensure our properties are spotless and ready for our guests. We treat our team members with respect and provide a reliable, enjoyable working environment for those committed to doing a great job.

We are a fast growing company and will be able to provide additional work/homes for the right cleaners who consistently deliver great quality cleans.

We are looking for an experienced team to take on 6-8 bedroom cabins sleeping up to 30-44 people per home. We understand these are large homes and we want to hire teams that are prepared to give them the full attention they need.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize short-term rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hot tubs (as applicable).

Change linens, restock supplies, onsite/offsite laundering and ensure all spaces are guest-ready.

Laundering of linens onsite/off site between each stay.

Hot tub draining, sanitizing, and refilling between each stay.

Cleaning of outdoor areas including patios/decks, outdoor tables, indoor pool rooms, and grills.

Disposal of all trash onsite during each cleaning day.

Notify management of any damages or maintenance needs.

Preferred to have a team of 3-5 per cabin.

We do NOT ask you to provide any consumables for guests including paper towels, toilet paper, shower soaps, etc. We provide all of this for our guests.

Requirements:

Must have experience in cabin/rental home cleaning

Must be prepared for pet cleaning as these are pet friendly homes that permit dogs only

Must provide own cleaning supplies including a real mop, vacuum, and cleaning chemicals. Hot tub chemicals are provided by us.

Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties

Must be available to work Saturday and Sundays

Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided!

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

This is a fast paced work environment, so organization and commitment to providing an excellent experience for guests is key
