Job Number: R0201652Military Operations Business Development and Client Delivery, Senior ManagerKey Role:Drive and grow the Army's business while leveraging expertise and key client relationships to assist with business development and market growth across the Army. Assist with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates, vendors, and internal partners. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing diverse Army systems to business development initiatives. Provide leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change. This position is located in Picatinny, NJ.Basic Qualifications:10 + years of experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in at least one area of acquisition, engineering, analytics, and consulting8+ years of experience individually leading teams in capture and proposal management activitiesExperience with DoD munitions and weapons portfolio and business modelExperience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the DoD community Experience managing capture and execution of business pipelinesExperience with program management of active contracts and opportunitiesAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience maintaining relationships with key decision makers and leaders from the Army munitions and weapons community such as DEVCOM Armaments Center or JPEO Armaments and Ammunition, and its subordinate Project OfficesExperience with Army munitions and weapons portfolio and business modelSecret clearanceMaster's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or MathematicsPMI CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
