Administrative Coordinator -Sunroom/Deck Construction Department
COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our Sunroom and Deck Construction Department. Responsibilities include:
Print, assemble, and confirm accuracy of job paperwork for installation crews;
Confirm product and materials are in stock or promptly ordered;
Work with vendors and/or warehouse to check on receipt, or expected due date, of ordered product and materials;
Contact customers to schedule installations to their convenience;
Strategically schedule multiple installations to maximize efficient utilization of crews;
Interact with sales, service, production, and/or management to resolve any problems with products, scheduling, customers, etc.;
Good computer skills are a necessity, especially with CRM products such as Salesforce;
Extensive telephone work with the ability to speak to customers in a courteous, patient, and informative manner;
See each project through from start to finish to assure timeliness and satisfaction for the customer.
