Brooder Crew Supervisor- Fresno (Day Shift)

Salary Range: $68,640-$74,500 per year Supervise, analyze, guide and control all aspects of the Brooder Crew to promote consistent performance at the least cost, while maintaining highest quality and safety standards.Anticipate and monitor ranch and crew labor needs. Includes being responsible for orientating and training Brooder Persons to become Assistant Ranch Foreperson Trainees.Work closely with other supervisors to solve labor problems.Work closely with other supervisors to distribute labor.Responsible for training and development of Brooder Crew Leadspersons and preparing crew employees for training programs.Supervise all maintenance of equipment. Includes, justifying and purchasing new equipment as needed, and monitoring all equipment service programs.Monitor quality of all work in area of responsibility.Complete necessary records to insure that the following is accomplished:Evaluation of Brooder Crew employees Monthly.Oversee safety programs.
