A Typical DayThe Senior Business Analyst provides complex business analysis and modeling relative to key statistical information and business performance metrics. As the Sr Business Analyst , you will actively participate in strategic department meetings and provide analytical insight to management to drive business strategy. The Senior Business Analyst will:

Query for ad-hoc data requests and creation of reporting views

Organize, prepare, and present data and analytical support to management

Develop and perform complex analysis and modeling

Work with internal and external business partners to collaborate and deliver enterprise related project

Lead a team to support strategic department and divisional projects

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

7+ years of relevant work experience

Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment

SQL/Snowflake coding proficiency

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary$68,000 - $115,000 Work ModelOFFICE
