Production (Concrete) Worker

Job Title: Production (Concrete) WorkerLocation: Mahanoy, PA1st shift: 5am to 7pm - $19.483rd shift: 7pm to 10pm - $20.98Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in pouring, casting, and finishing concrete panels, as well as stripping cured concrete and cleaning forms. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a variable environment.Responsibilities

Work in the plant pouring, casting, and finishing concrete panels.

Strip concrete once it is cured.

Clean the form once it is cured and moved out to the yard.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

Skills

Prior experience in concrete, manual labor, or landscaping.

Ability to lift 75+ lbs when needed.

Willingness to work weekends and overtime.

Capability to lift, bend, and climb repeatedly.

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Work Environment

You will be working in a large open plant that can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The environment is very dirty and can be wet at times. Located on top of a mountain, the temperature is normally colder than surrounding areas, with no barriers to block the wind.
