Gan Shan West is seeking talented line-cooks to join our crew! Located on Beachum's curve, we're an inspired asian-fusion restaurant with a focus on ramen. Our food is creative, delicious, and is always focused on consistency.

We're looking for a talented and experienced line cook to join our growing team; someone who constantly pushes themselves and wants to grow in their culinary career. This is a full time, living wage certified position with opportunities for performance based pay raises.
