APARTMENT CLEANER (25-40 HOURS PER WEEK)

$16+/Hr depending on experience. Flexible Schedule.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Part to Full Time Cleaner who is self-motivated and has an eye for detail to perform overall housekeeping services at our apartment communities.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning vacant apartments

- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms

- Cleaning common areas such as office, bathrooms, clubhouse, gym, sauna, pool area, etc.

- Duties include outdoor work such as cleaning the BBQ grills and removing litter and debris

- Weekly cleaning checklist

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Able to pass a background check

- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a good work ethic

- Must be dependable and honest

- Must be able to work in a team and independently

- Able to work at least 25-30 hrs. per week (more on occasion as needed)

- Must follow all company’s policies and procedures

- Applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
