General working foreman/leadman Position
Job Description
HOA General Working Foreman/Leadman with physical maintenance skills.
Full time position. including medical, dental, paid holidays and vacation. Wage $28 to $34 D.O.E.
Work includes but not limited to planning and scheduling daily and weekly maintenance activities and assignment of personnel to perform the tasks. Scheduling and oversight of crew, subcontractors and suppliers.
Conducting and keeping logs of safety meetings in compliance with WA State regulations.
This is a working position. Strong carpentry and painting skills are important along with a general understanding of the building trades. Heavy equipment experience is also a plus.
