Property Maintenance Professional - PMP

Position available for maintenance personnel at Property Management Professionals in Grants Pass.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have experience with household maintenance and general repairs.

(plumbing, electrical, changing locks/doorknobs, doors, sheetrock, painting, general cleanup and overall household repairs. We will train in some areas as needed.)

Positive and PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE & APPEARANCE. We work in people’s homes, they must be comfortable to have you there.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

JOB DUTIES:

Perform general home repairs and maintenance.

Follow work schedule.

Work efficiently, quickly and independently or as a team member.

Able to log hours worked per job assignment.

Document mileage and job costs accurately.

Professionally interact with clientele.

Represent company in a polite and professional manor.

- General computer knowledge a plus.

DAYS AND HOURS:

Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5 (35-40 hours a week)

Hours will vary as workload requires.

Some on call weekends

Occasional after-hours emergencies do arise.
