Walmart Kona Independent Merchandiser

Pacífica Island Art is looking for a detail-oriented merchandiser for the Walmart Kona location. The position involves servicing Pacifica's retail product displays, taking inventory, filling orders and sending them to our office located in Maui.

The right candidate will play a crucial role in our sales strategy. They will be responsible for maximizing sales by strategically displaying products in stores following Walmart guidelines and earning a commission based on the sales generated from their merchandising efforts.

Collaborate with store staff to educate them on product features and benefits, promoting sales.

As a merchandiser, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance. You will regularly visit retail location to assess product displays and inventory levels, identify potential issues, and send new orders to our office in Maui weekly.

Follow planograms (detailed product placement layouts) to ensure consistent product presentation across the store.

Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures
