Job Summary:

Family Chiropractic and Wellness serves the south metro communities through chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and personal training. No is experience is ok. This job is about the right "person" not the right "credentials".

We call our gym a functional training center because it speaks more to what we accomplish with our clients.

This is not a place where our goal is to get people to auto debit a monthly membership and it doesn't matter if they come or not. This is a place that is all about accountability and holding people to the lifestyle goals they want.

Duties:

Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and any limitations. In coordination with doctors exam.

Design hour long class or individual training workouts that incorporate elements of strength training, H.I.I.T, and mobility work.

Lead one-on-one personal training sessions as well as group fitness classes, ensuring proper technique and safety.

Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.

Educate clients on body mechanics and overall wellness principles.

Maintain accurate records of client progress and adapt programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.

Promote personal training services within the practice and social media environment to drive client engagement and retention.

Experience:

Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.

Strong knowledge of program design, body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology.

Experience in a gym setting with a focus on client interaction and relationship building.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all fitness levels.

Hours:

Hours: building the schedule can have flexibility with new hires input. Once the schedule is created it is preferred not to change unless month notice. Monday is a mandatory day.

Current Training Hours: M 6:30am-9:30am and 12:30pm-4pm, T & Th 3-6pm, W 6:30-9:30am, F 6:30-8:30. In addition we offer a community workout the last Saturday of each month 7-9am.

8 Weeks To Wellness

Our trainer champions the fitness side of our distributorship called 8 Weeks to Wellness (8WW). Through the program our clients receive 2 training sessions a week for 8 weeks. We also have clients we call "graduates" that have gone through the program and choose to workout with our FTC team 1-3 times a week in 6 months contracts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 17 per week
