Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail oriented individual who can work in a high paced industry to assist in Customer Service for a busy Long Distance Moving Company.
Requirements
Strong verbal skills and confidence on the phone.
Notate all relevant details from conversation in move tracking software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced environment and ability to recognize and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Patience with customer service and upset customers.
Work as a team player and communicate information with several different people on daily basis.
Strong computer and typing skills with ability to learn programs quickly.
Monday Through Friday 10am-7pm
Experience with moving preferred
