Production help for making bread

With business picking back up, need people for the production of French Bread and other items. Experience would be a plus, but if your willing to learn I will be willing to teach you. Full time position, usually working about 50 hours weekly. Days are Mon-Sat, with work beginning at 8am and usually done around 4pm. Work is finished when all production is done for the day. Will go into more details about the job during the interview. Just remember, it does get hot in the bakery, so be able to handle heat well.
