Handy man / Maintenance man

Small apartment complex needs handy/maintenance person on a part-time basis to assist with various repairs and maintenance. Intended to be a good side gig for someone already employed and with experience. Very flexible hours, when you're not working your full-time job. Hourly wage is $18 - $25 per hour based on experience.
