Overview:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Journeyman Plumbers/Bath Installers to join our team. $5,000 sign on bonus offered for journeyman plumber with installation skills.

Duties:

Residential bathroom installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.

Learn to install bath/shower walls and accessories.

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.

Perform pipe threading and assembly of pipes and fittings as directed.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.

Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site.

Skills:

Basic mechanical plumbing knowledge with a willingness to learn more advanced techniques.

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.

Ability to communicate with customers and provide company solutions.

Previous ecarpentry experience is a plus but not required.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members.

Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting 50 lbs, bending, or standing for extended periods.
