Store Manager and Automotive Technicians

Responsibilities:Automotive Store Manager:Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience. This role includes additional incentives.Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer serviceDrive sales performance and maximize product knowledgeManage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory controlOversee technical aspects and assist with services/repairsMaintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulationsBuild customer relationships and address all customer needsMaintain technical proficiency through required training Automotive Technician:Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. Based on experience. $25 - $45 Flat Rate. Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairsComplete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicleAssist in inventory management and general store dutiesPerform services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and proceduresTest drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic lawsMaintain technical knowledge through required Monro University trainingOperate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelinesPerform other duties as assigned
