Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to meet FAA and company standards
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components
Read and interpret pilot-reported discrepancies, diagnose and resolve issues
Assemble, install, and inspect mechanical/structural components
Ensure compliance with accurate records, work orders, and checklists
Maintain inventory, parts usage, and organization
Uphold safety-conscious behaviors and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Job Requirements:
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in aircraft maintenance with a focus on precision and attention to detail
Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Authorized to work in U.S. and have a valid driver’s license
Required Qualifications:
Pass pre-employment FAA DOT drug test and random screenings
Well-versed in FAA regulations and industry standards
Valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanic Certification
Experience in both fixed-wing and rotorcraft maintenance
Shift Information:
Day and Night shifts, rotating (varies)
Overtime & On-Call
