$22-$25/hr. | Property Manager for Hamlin Manor Apartments

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for 41-unit the apartment community of Hamlin Manor Apartments. This quaint community has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a community garden for residents to enjoy.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

This role requires living onsite at Hamlin Manor, with a 30% monthly discount on rent and water, sewer and garbage being paid for by the property.

Location: Hamlin Manor Apartments (Milwaukie, OR)

Hourly Rate: $22-$25/hr.

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm

Weekly Contracted Hours: 35 hrs.

Additional Compensation: A monthly $50 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.
