What You’ll Do: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards in food quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Key responsibilities include: Managing and mentoring a team of staff to deliver outstanding service. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing scheduling, inventory, and budget controls. Leading by example to create a welcoming and efficient work environment.
