Part-Time Weekends/ Handyman and Task Runner for Vacation Rental Company

(Fort Lauderdale/Miami/) You will be required to drive between our properties in Miami and Fort Lauderdale

This is a Part-Time ON CALL job that will cover property maintenance for several properties in Miami and Fort Lauderdale ( weekends are required)

This job is a great long-term position that will be needed as soon as possible.

You will need reliable transportation to travel between Fort Lauderdale and Miami as well as your own basic tools. Jobs will be as you might expect, including assembling furniture, fixing door locks, caulking, grouting…etc. In addition, you will help with day-to-day tasks such as changing batteries, room inspections, and helping guests with in-unit issues. so, the more skills you have to complete these tasks, the more likely you will be a good fit.

You will be given a list of items to attend to at the beginning of the week and check them off throughout the week. We will use pictures sent through our app daily to confirm jobs being done.

You will be paid weekly through Zelle.

You must be able to pass a background check.
