Human Factors Research Assistant

Job Summary The Research Assistant is responsible for supporting human factors staff during user studies conducted by Insight. This role requires a customer service and hospitality mindset, combined with exceptional organizational and people-skills.  You will be interacting with, and supporting, a wide range of individuals including Insight staff, medical and pharmaceutical clients, patients, and healthcare providers.Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate and schedule testing and participant recruiting activities (onsite and offsite) See to client and/or participant needs/hospitality during studiesAssist with creating and collecting study documentation (informed consents)Manage study supply inventory  Other duties as assigned
