Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Financial Reporting Analyst in the Financial Services industry, based in CHICAGO, Illinois. As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be entrusted with the task of managing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer queries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions as needed Utilize Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas for data analysis and reporting Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Participate in financial projects and initiatives as required. Requirements Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced Excel formulas. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of precision and focus on details. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment and financial regulations. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and stay updated with industry trends.
