Receiving Manager

About the company: Ciuffo Cabinetry is a custom woodworking firm specializing in kitchens and all other residential millwork design, manufacture, and installation across Long Island, the Tri-State Area, Connecticut, and Florida.

Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a motivated individual to manage our warehouse Receiving Department, overseeing all receiving materials, working closely with the Purchaser/Inventory Manager on a daily basis. This position requires prior Receiving experience in a manufacturing setting, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Unload, unpack and organize receiving materials

Assemble some receiving materials as needed

Work directly with Purchaser/Inventory Manager to help maintain and organize received items and other inventory items such as hardware and wood parts

Pull items for daily and weekly use as requested

Wrap, tag, and inspect cabinet parts/materials going out as needed

Load/pack cabinet parts/materials into vans + trucks for delivery as needed

Miscellaneous chores in factory

Requirements

Receiving experience in a manufacturing setting

Must be able to work full time hours with early AM start time

Must be able to work overtime as needed

Some power tool experience

Some woodworking experience a plus

Ability to drive a box truck a plus

Punctual, hard-working, and responsible

Team player with strong work ethic

Strong attention to detail

Forklift experience a plus

Pay dependent on skills and experience.
