Airbnb Cleaner/Turnover

PAY

- We are looking for Independent Contractors (W9). You will not be hired as a W2 Employee.

- Cleaners are paid a flat rate per unit (varies by unit), which is benchmarked to compensate your time fairly based on an estimated time to complete each unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be available 5 days a week, between 11am-4pm (limited part-time positions available)

- Reliable transportation (must have access to your own car with a valid license)

- Reliable smartphone (must have access to a smartphone to access an app we use daily)

- Previous cleaning experience recommended, preferably with vacation rental cleaning

RESPONSIBILITIES

- As a contractor, you are expected to bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies, which includes a working vacuum cleaner. You will need a reliable vehicle as you will be driving alot to the units. A reliable smart phone is also required as we use app based scheduling software.

AREAS IN THE UNIT THAT REQUIRE CLEANING + STAGING (standard and deep cleaning):

- Bathrooms

- Kitchens (including appliances)

- Bedrooms

- General sitting rooms

- Entry ways

- Laundry management- We do offer laundry service. For some units you may need to stop at our storage unit to pick up laundry and drop off at the end of the cleaning day. In some units we may wash/dry and fold laundry. Restock supplies for some units will be located in our storage locker as well.

- Making sure unit is always left "guest ready"'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
