10AM - 4PM $20/hr, 3-4 days per week

General Description:
We are an online fitness company seeking a motivated fitness coach to help keep online clients motivated!
Key Responsibilities:
Workout Program Development: Assist in creating custom workout programs under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Client Interaction: Virtually engage with clients to motivate, support, and help them stay on track with their fitness journeys.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.
Requirements:
Must Be Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, apps, and software, including experience or a willingness to learn client management tools.
Motivational and Personable: Ability to connect with clients over the phone, inspire them, and maintain their motivation while fostering a friendly, client-first attitude.
Basic Fitness Knowledge: A foundational understanding of fitness and personal training concepts is required.
Meal Planning Basics: Understanding of meal planning concepts, including calories and macros.
Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain detailed and organized records.
